How much does shipping cost for bikes?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $49 for all complete bicycles within the continental US. Accessories and smaller gear ship for a flat rate of $10, or free on orders over $150.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for sporting gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been ridden outdoors cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
How do I choose the correct frame size?
Each product page features a detailed sizing chart based on your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
Do your bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every Omafiets frame is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against structural defects. Components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm, allowing you to pay for your gear in monthly installments.
