At Omafiets, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and technical manuals are included to maintain eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
